Day Two of the 2025 NVBF Super Cup in Abuja produced another round of impressive displays, with Nigeria Customs Service and CNS Spikers asserting dominance across both the women’s and men’s categories.

In the women’s event, Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) cruised to a convincing 3–0 victory over Fire Service. Customs were dominant from the opening serve, taking the first two sets comfortably at 25–10 and 25–11. Fire Service showed improved resistance in the third set, but NCS maintained control to close out the match 25–20.

Also in the women’s category, CNS Spikers rebounded strongly after dropping the opening set to defeat Vipers VC 3–1. Vipers edged the first set 25–22, but CNS responded with grit and composure to win the second set 25–23. From there, CNS took full control, claiming the third and fourth sets 25–18 and 25–12 respectively.

In the men’s matches, CNS Spikers continued their fine form with a straight-sets victory over Ajase Ipo. CNS dominated proceedings to win 25–21, 25–10, and 25–17, underlining their title credentials.

The final match of the day saw Nigeria Customs Service secure a 3–0 win against Defence Spikers. Customs held their nerve in a closely contested second set, edging it 27–25 after taking the first set 25–20, before sealing the encounter with a 25–20 win in the third set.
