The Head of Technical at the and former Nigeria international, , has applauded for bankrolling the 2026 Delta FA Cup.

Sodje gave the commendation following a meeting held on Tuesday in , where key stakeholders discussed preparations for the prestigious state football competition.

Speaking with newsmen after the meeting, the former Super Eagles defender expressed confidence in the association’s readiness to deliver a successful tournament. He noted that with the backing of Arthur Ferdinand Limited, the competition is set to reach new heights.

Sodje added that the Delta FA is fully committed to organizing a tournament that Deltans will be proud of, promising improved standards, competitiveness, and a platform to further develop grassroots football across the state.
