CAF 'D' Licence: Delta FA Chairman,Adode Hails FPG Tech, Targets CAF C Licence

The Chairman of the Delta Football Association (DFA), Godwin Adode, has revealed that the association’s next major objective is to organise a CAF C Licence coaching course, as part of efforts to deepen football development in the state.


Adode made this known  during a Live on air interview on Crown 89.9 FM Sports Xtra show, on the sidelines of the CAF D Licence Course.


He noted that the move to facilitate higher-level coaching certification aligns with the DFA’s commitment to strengthening grassroots football and improving the technical capacity of coaches across Delta State.


The DFA Chairman also commended FPG Technologies for its timely sponsorship of the current programme, describing the support as a significant boost to football development initiatives in the state.

He described FPG's willingness to collaborate with the DFA as remarkable and welcoming. 


Adode further called on the organised private sector in Delta State to partner with the association, stressing that increased investment is critical to sustaining grassroots football and nurturing future talents.


He expressed optimism that with continued collaboration and support, Delta State will remain a leading force in football development in Nigeria.
